Mais est-ce vraiment le facteur qui d\u00e9termine la durabilit\u00e9 de votre fa\u00e7ade?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La r\u00e9ponse courte :\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">non.\u00a0L\u2019alliage est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment parmi plusieurs qui contribuent\u00a0\u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 du parement.\u00a0Pour la tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 des projets architecturaux, ce qui\u00a0prime,\u00a0outre l\u2019alliage,\u00a0c&rsquo;est la qualit\u00e9\u00a0de\u00a0la finition\u00a0et de\u00a0son application,\u00a0ainsi que\u00a0la rigueur du pr\u00e9traitement.\u00a0Voici ce que vous devez savoir pour sp\u00e9cifier avec confiance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Trois alliages en bref<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pris ind\u00e9pendamment, les alliages d\u2019aluminium ont diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques les rendant mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 certaines applications. Dans le cadre d\u2019utilisation en panneaux architecturaux trois (3) alliages sont couramment utilis\u00e9s.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le\u00a03003-H14\u00a0(Al\u2013Mn) offre une excellente formabilit\u00e9 et convient au rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le 5052-H32 (Al\u2013Mg) pr\u00e9sente la limite d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des trois \u00e0 193 MPa et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de grade marin; c&rsquo;est le choix courant pour les environnements exigeants. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le 5754-H42 (Al\u2013Mg) est tr\u00e8s proche du 5052, avec une r\u00e9sistance l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieure en milieux industriels acides.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Important :<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ces caract\u00e9ristiques de corrosion concernent l&rsquo;aluminium brut,\u00a0sans finition. En contexte architectural, l&rsquo;aluminium est toujours prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par son syst\u00e8me de peinture.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ce qui d\u00e9termine vraiment la durabilit\u00e9<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La performance anticorrosion d&rsquo;un panneau de fa\u00e7ade d\u00e9pend avant tout de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments : la qualit\u00e9 du pr\u00e9traitement de surface (nettoyage, d\u00e9graissage, couche de conversion chimique), la certification du syst\u00e8me de peinture\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(AAMA 2604 ou 2605),\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">et la conception des d\u00e9tails\u00a0de construction\u00a0(protection des chants, drainage, isolation des fixations).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dans une application de panneaux architecturaux\u00a0peints\u00a0apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9coupe aux dimensions, la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion entre le 5052-H32 et le 5754-H42 est pratiquement nulle,\u00a0bien plus faible que l&rsquo;impact du pr\u00e9traitement et du syst\u00e8me de peinture.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00c0 noter : toute coupe effectu\u00e9e\u00a0sur site\u00a0ou en usine\u00a0apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9traitement et peinture expose de l&rsquo;aluminium brut en bordure, hors du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre certifi\u00e9 AAMA 2605.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">R\u00e9sistance et \u00e9lasticit\u00e9<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les panneaux de fa\u00e7ade sont soumis \u00e0 des sollicitations m\u00e9caniques continues : charges de vent, de neige, de pluie et de glace, ainsi que les cycles thermiques. C&rsquo;est dans ce contexte que la limite d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 devient un param\u00e8tre pertinent; elle repr\u00e9sente le seuil au-del\u00e0 duquel le mat\u00e9riau commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9former de fa\u00e7on permanente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La limite d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure du 5052-H32 (193 MPa vs 130\u2013150 MPa pour le 5754-H42) offre une marge additionnelle pour les grandes port\u00e9es libres. En pratique, la conception est presque toujours gouvern\u00e9e par les crit\u00e8res de fl\u00e8che. Bien que la limite d\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure du 5052-H32 signifie qu\u2019il tol\u00e8re une plus grande charge de vent avant de se d\u00e9former de fa\u00e7on permanente, il s\u2019agit de cas extr\u00eames plut\u00f4t rares.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quant \u00e0 la duret\u00e9 Brinell\u00a0(HB), les trois alliages se distinguent ainsi : le 3003-H14 pr\u00e9sente une duret\u00e9 de 40 HB, le 5052-H32 de 60 HB et le 5754-H42 de 63 HB. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les deux alliages de la s\u00e9rie 5000 est donc de 3 HB, soit environ 5 %, sans aucune incidence mesurable en service. La r\u00e9sistance aux dommages de\u00a0surface est essentiellement gouvern\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement lui-m\u00eame, pas par le substrat.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Un avantage environnemental \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/archi.maibec.com\/fr\/couleurs-et-finis\/poudre-electrostatique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">peinture en poudre<\/span><\/a>\u00a0thermodurcissable est sans solvants, avec des \u00e9missions de COV quasi nulles et un taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la mati\u00e8re non d\u00e9pos\u00e9e.\u00a0L&rsquo;avantage environnemental ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0 : le pr\u00e9traitement entre \u00e9galement en compte.
