The first two acid soap stages constitute the fundamental pillar of any successful surface treatment. This double application effectively removes machining oils, welding residues, light oxides, and all organic and inorganic contaminants that compromise adhesion. Stages 3 and 4 of rinsing – municipal water followed by reverse osmosis water – represent a critical sequence that is often underestimated. This cascade system progressively eliminates all chemical residues while avoiding cross-contamination. The final reverse osmosis water ensures a surface free of minerals that could create defects or compromise coating uniformity. This attention to detail ensures the visual consistency and constant quality essential to projects where aesthetics and performance must meet the highest standards.
